Are there any clues about Orly's hitman

It's possible, Mononoke, it's happened before, once, in a previous game. I expect not this time, though.
Ani - or it could just be she seemed like a non-suspect player. Scum probably wouldn't want to kill someone who might be lynched.
Charlou, I know you weren't really trying to get him/her lynched yet, I just don't understand why he would be suspect if you were killed; it doesn't seem to make sense.

Any thoughts about the lack of a vig kill?
Oh, Irre could have been singled out as a special suspect as well. I didn't particularly notice any signs of her special-ness, but maybe scum picked up on some...

I'd be interested to know what everybody's votes were yesterday. Especially the bws and the no-votes. I think a list was posted yesterday, so I'll go back and look at it.

With the vig kill there are 4 options. A cautious vig who doesn't like to take risks (rules me out :D ), a vig with one bullet, the vig also went for Irre and there is no vig.

I'm here and will be in and out---(get your minds out of the gutter, or share)---plus I am at work.
The style here is different from what I learned so I'm having to get a feel for things.

Be gentle with me.

So, looks more like scum was special hunting. If so, there is someone p. sharp on the team. Or dumb luck who knows.

UT, the questions about your paricipation/non participation need to be answered. What are you up to?

Gallstones, where did you learn to play?

You too, Zigmen.
Easy enough. I mentioned mantis the first time because I thought she looked suspicious. I mentioned her the second time because her post really did make me laugh. And I had every intention of voting last night but the start of a 3 day weekend got in the way. For people in other countries it's labor day weekend over here.

That said let's hunt some scum.

FP started the bandwagon on mantis with this post:
Feral_Punctuation wrote:Apply some pressure: Vote Mantis. Although I don't really think she's scum. I don't think she's noob enough to be so obvious.

Basically he voted for her, distanced himself from the vote and then disappeared.
His game today isn't much better, but he is new so it's hard to tell.

I'm really suspicious of higgs right now. The way she switched to mantis at the end of game when it was completely unnecessary, the way she voted for mono for not making an appearance even though mono had posted. The time she spent arguing word definitions even after she shut down the flavor play that was going on. And especially for not hitting on Feck for his self mayor vote the way she did on MZ last game. Feck looks much worse than MZ did. Feck not only voted himslef for mayor, he posted alot of fluff and even said outright he wants to be viewed.

Right now my list of most scummiest to least is:

higgs
FP
morticia(for reasons already discussed)

feck as either town or the don.

then a big nebulous group with everyone else in it. No one has really stood out as probable town yet. But we have an ungodly amount of time before nightfall so hopefully that will change.

I did indeed disappear (to bed). My vote was to apply pressure, as she was the scummiest looking so far (and I think lots of people agree with me on this). I didn't unvote before leaving because every person who doesn't vote leaves more power to the scum, or at least this is the justification I've heard and it makes sense to me; no-one's challenged it so far. Besides, starting a bandwagon isn't as bad as jumping on it without good reason, I think.

I'm not convinced morticia is scum. She just seems indecisive due to a lack of experience.
Then again, the last time I got too trusting of a newbie they stabbed me in the back. So I'll leave her in the margins for now.
