I'm still trying to figure this game and have been sick all day but I happen to agree about UT.
Mantisdreamz wrote:Just some thoughts...

Uselesstwit FOS'd Ed for saying Adieu, FOS'd higgs for voting twice (who turned out to be town), and told Ani that he was not playing his normal game (who also turned out to be town).

I'm guessing that Ani shot Maynard. And scum got Ani.

vote Uselesstwit

Also, I don't think that voting yourself for mayor is suspicious.
Vote UT

Ahkay, didn't know that.
Uselesstwit wrote:I think MZ is already the mayor. If you really think he's the don you should look hard at mantis for her last minute vote to give him the office.
I will be looking hard at everyone's actions. After yesterday, I'll be far more careful about what can be made of your opinion. ;)

Uselesstwit wrote:I don't think it MZ that was directed at char. I just don't see the mayor vote as important enough for scum to go after it that hard. Especially if you're still alive by mid game when you're vote matters it will be a neon sign that town needs to lynch you. It's not a long term plan.
Mantis vote on me is significant I believe. I didn't go after it hard. I opened the day 1thread with it and let it fly.
I don't expect to be alive mid game and I do expect votes on me to be useful to town.
As a vanilla town, I want to draw scum fire. The sure way to clear me, if I've already have been viewed is to nail the Don.
Now we've lost the vig, we're hamstrung.

Perhaps some needs viewed.
There is probably a Don. MZ?
Scum: Totals, Morticia, Ed??
Based on what Denny? That I put myself for mayor and was Don last time?
You have named three as possible scum, based on what?

Totals and Morticia are as new as you were last game.
Ed knows his way around this game.

You are looking suspicious. A little similar in posting style and frequency as last game, when you where scum.
Perhaps not quite so apologetic, which could mean you are getting more confident or better coaching. I certainly wasn't much help last game.

vote Denny for now

Based on the retailitory vote I thing MZ is now a "large suspect"

Any idea who that might be?

If we can work that one out (yaright Image), any seer we may have won't waste a view there, at least.

Too early to tell. Would be quite vocal since they are not worried about being viewed.

Usually I don't bother defending myself from lynch votes but it looks like our newer players might be falling for the BW. Ask yourselves this: If I were scum would I have picked a fight with ani right before the end of the round we were going to kill him?

That may well be you, then.

Question for all ... how likely is it that there isn't a don in this game? What other options might the GM have gone with to balance things?

I wasn't here last game but if it was like the last one I played he could balance it by having 3 scum including the don and just decrease the number of town specials.
