Re: Monty Python Mafia Day 1
I really thought we had one. Why is it scum never get hit on day one? You'd think that it should be random odds, but I've never seen it happen.

Re: Monty Python Mafia Day 1
Ok, well done scum on letting us do that. Charou, you are on my radar.
Re: Monty Python Mafia Day 1
Lady higgs, I apologise for starting a vote against thee. I was mistaken, but allow me a moment to explain my vote for thee.
Ladies and lords, I bid you you "adieu" with no special meaning or implication. That fine word comes from Middle English, if any Frenchman wishes to convince me otherwise stand up and we shall duel at noon about it's rightful origin
(I know adieu is from French origin guys. Just trying to stay in character.)
I read MZ's first proclamation after reading this from thee. I didn't make sense, I didn't see any of the intention thou imparted with this post.higgs2 wrote: vote magicziggy for voting himself for mayor. In a small game it might not be such a big deal but it's a scum tell in a regular game. It's like saying," hey hey I'm the don view me, kay? I'll view as town!! And i'm scum!"
I've seen Sir Belvedere joust at the arena, m'lady, and his style at gameplay differs somewhat from the prediction you made. Two posts trying to implicate him on a supposition-eth is a loooong shot (as I said). I'm saddened nonetheless that you were partly a victim by my hands.higgs2 wrote:mmm. I don't think I'd hold the vote and the change against charlou. They used to actually campaign for mayor here with speeches and stuff. Not that she's off the hook for scum at this point, but I don't know that the bmayor vote/unvote meant much.
The point isn't that magicziggy might be don as much as why vote himself? It's putting a target on yourself if you're town and also if you're scum. Not really worth it fot the .5 extra vote which is the sole extent of a mayor's power.
lol at "nopeth:.
I'm not sure about the "giving scum clues about specials". They would know who the don is. It's more trying to get viewed if you're the don.

Higgs2 was the best scum hunter we had. Unfortunately she was off form today.
Let's regroup. The newbies are now fair game in my books. And no shows are going to have to show soon.

(My bold) But was she?Magicziggy wrote:Higgs2 was the best scum hunter we had. Unfortunately she was off form today.

I am sorry I allowed myself to be persuaded to switch my vote to higgs. The only consolation is that she wasn't a special.

As usual, you wouldn't listen to me.

Give us something to listen to, then.Animavore wrote:

What do you make of all the action on day 1?

I need time to assess. I'm just up out of bed and I had too much to drink last night.
I think we should be lynching Feral P in the morning. He's acting odd.

Feck's caught my eye. I don't know why. Just putting it out there.
However, the two new players are going to be hard to read. Denny as well.
My guess would be one of those three at most in a scum team of three, no more.
I should be protected and investigated tonight, if the usual pattern prevails.
However, if either role falls into a new player's hands, it might not happen I guess.

I thought night should be over by now?
