Yes, it was an admin (there are five of us) reacting to a post by a member. Construing that particular post as criticism of the way the board operates is subject to opinion (it came across not as criticism but as mockery to me) .. but that aside as irrelevant, we're all equal members, subject to the same guidelines. If anything, our action wrt Pappa was harsher than it would usually be for an initial guideline breach. I pestered, niggled, ranted, huffed and puffed, sometimes changing things, sometimes not, but at every stage of the way the moderators and general membership here let me get on with it, with only the mildest exasperation being shown, especially when I defined the "clique" - a highly flammable topic.
