I got that far, but there doesn't appear to be a way to contact him via Amazon, and a google for Tim Atkinson (and similar) didn't come up with anything particularly useful.Charlou wrote:Tim (?) P Atkinson, Hampshire, UK ... http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/pdp/profile/ ... rev_detpdp ?
I'm more than a little surprised.Charlou wrote:Good to see your review published there in full.

Trigger Warning!!!1! :
Since I didn't buy the book, it may never pass muster. The book was, like, $1.29 or something. My 'review', if it gets posted, would be the first. Maybe when they start paying people to take them away, they'll see some action.I found this book to be tremendously captivating and informative. The author's adeptness at demonstrating practically every logical fallacy known to mankind is impressive. Strawmen, special pleading, emotional appeals, selection bias, this book has them all! Robert, I must disagree with you that the author should be euthanized. Euthanasia sounds so merciful and painless and quick. Clearly, electro-convulsive therapy is the first step. Only after his central nervous system is permanently rendered incapable of transmitting pain signals to whatever passes for a brain in that flaccid lump of impotent protoplasm should we consider putting him down.

Oh, and I just c&p the one I'd already tried to post on the UK website. It looks stoopid referring to 'Robert' and his euthanasia suggestion, seeing as there are no other reviews but mine, but whatever.
Edit: yeah, it's there. For the time being, anyway.
