The British have TV?

If there's one thing Hollywood has taught me it's that the best villains tend to have British accents. Do you have to import Americans to be the good guys on your shows?
Who needs a signature anyway?

Actually in England the good, honest and simple folk play the good guys while the aristocracy play the bad.

Being a Yank, my knowledge of British TV is severely limited. But from what I know, my favorites are:

Monty Python
Black Adder
The League of Gentlemen
Little Britain
Absolutely Fabulous
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

Tat, As an Anglophile, you really should get hold of the original TV serial of Brideshead Revisited. It is superb.
