Then find the older stuff and delete it. Your Xbox will thank you for it.

Got it to 4GB with the crap removed. Not enough, and I'm not willing to sacrifice my Oblivion and Fallout and Mass Effect DLC yet!!
I want a bigger hard-drive, but they are expensive for what you can do with them (not much).

Is your xbox constantly connected to the net? If not, when you try to use another xbox or get your own repaired (such as moving the hard drive to a new shell) then you can only use the DLC when logged in to live on the account you downloaded it with. No point in preserving DLC you may not even get to use if you get your box repaired.

Don't laugh at me.
Yes, it's always on the net. Why wouldn't I sign in with the same account?

Just send it off, Say it has RROD they will either test it find a slight problem and replace the motherboard or test it find nothing and send you a refurb.
I did this when My 360 reached the end of it's warranty, it didn't have anything major wrong with it just running a little hot and a little loud, they collected it, tested it, found nothing majorly wrong with it but sent me a November 09 dated refurb anyway.
It's worth a punt to save yourself the problem of having it konk out on you 3 days out of warranty.

I have another few months.. it's out in November. So I will play it a bit more and see if it goes the full RROD on it's own. Thanks for the tip though.

The story is shorter than the one in GTA4 but I still enjoyed it. It is rather fun, riding around desert/prairie environments on a horse. I'd definitely rate it as one of the best console games.
