FoS both uselesstwit and higgs2, for thinking that charlou is put in the clear by colubridae voting for her for a matter of minutes on day 1.

Most suspicious people so far:
uselesstwit (he was mvp last game AND voted mayor so why was he not killed last night)
higgs2 (agreeing with uselesstwit's 'clearing' of charlou)
charlou (mainly because the above two are making her out to be an established innocent)

Magicziggy, if you're town your list of suspicious characters would be helpful to town.

Intresting, mantis is the one who actually pointed that out, but he's not on your list. I do notice you're playing a very different game this time, so I'm going to agree with vir. that you're probably clean.
Higgs, is actually raising some alarm bells with me also. She's being more chatty and less decisive than I'm used to seeing.
Everyone else is still pretty much it the don't trust but don't lynch either area.

I'm moving twinkle down to not sure and verphin down to suspicious.

Okay, keeping my list about the same, although charlou has posted a sensible post and so I would tend to increase her towards the top category.

There are clearly some Pretty scummy options,and not all of them can be scum. I will keep my vote on magickziggy who was consistently scummy and then left. From what we're finding out about Twinkle, I am getting more suspicious of virphen. The posters here are not that gullible, it seems scumm to try to pull one over on them with a 100% cleared Twinkle theory.

I think higgs2 is dropping scum tells all over the place (not least of which doing some major focus on me, simply because I've FoS'd her).

It looks like magicziggy is in for the chop anyway, but I want my vote to be on the player most suspicious at the moment and that's higgs2

Keep in mind Twinkie was one of the first to vote for col yesterday.

Maybe Feck is getting defensive because he really is town. Getting defensive isn't necessarily a scum tell, or anything like that. That rule isn't infallible.

From what we're finding out about Twinkle, I am getting more suspicious of virphen. The posters here are not that gullible, it seems scumm to try to pull one over on them with a 100% cleared Twinkle theory.

Also, if virphen & Twinkie were on the same team - I highly doubt that one of the team member's would come out stating close to 100% trust in the other. They'd want to keep as far away as possible.... possibly.

I am keeping my FoS (and vote, for that matter) on higgs2. We are not 'finding' anything out about me. I did a stupid n00b thing by posting my lack of PM in the thread instead of PMing oblivion directly . I don't want to be cleared based on my stupidity, but that's what virphen has realised. He could be scum, but his realisation of my innocence is NOT grounds for suspicion. Higgs2's lack of realisation of my innocence, given she's a very seasoned player, IS grounds for suspicion. She's digging a big hole for herself by going after virphen (and attempting to go after me) on that basis.

I don't think it necessarily hints that they are both not scum. I think it hints that they are either both innocents. Or one is scum.

But to try and use this as suspicion on virphen because he said this, seems a bit far fetched as I really don't think scum would state such trust with one another on the thread.

My bold. I agree .. why would he make a point of defending twinkie's possible innocence if he were mafia? One reason might be because they're both mafia ... But I don't think that virphen, who's an experienced player, would do something so obviously likely to draw suspicion to himself and twinkie, would he?

Oh, I see a few others are agreed on this point. I'll just add that, while it's unlikely, I wouldn't discount it altogether.

It hints that virphen isn't scum, but if that's the case it doesn't really say anything about twinkie's role. If virphen is innocent he can't know what twinkie's role is, only guess. Why he stated it with so much conviction remains to be seen ... virphen, would you explain why you said the following

1. Twinkie is innocent, almost beyond doubt.

Could it be this:

I was just thinking the same thing. Virphen is more than clever enough to tell an innocent she's cleared for the sole purpose of gaining support for his own innocence. Like I said, twinkie is probably clear, but it in no way says anything about virphen.
