From what I gathered from day 1, colubriae voted for Charlou originally, then changed to follow along with Macigziggy for his vote for Ghat.

Could we assume that Charlou & Ghat could possibly be innocents - being that col voted for both?

My thoughts are:

1. Twinkie is innocent, almost beyond doubt.

2. Charlou is behaving very differently from the last two games, she got lynched both times for looking scummy but was found innocent.

3. Ziggy seemed to be fairly keen for us not to vote for Col, but his reasons were very slim.

4. higgs was rather late jumping on the bandwagon... check out the gap between Col's last post, and higgs calling him on it... she posted several times in between.

What struck me was the useless last minute vote for colubridae from uselesstwit. I therefore FoS uselesstwit but for now

My thoughts are:

1. Twinkie is innocent, almost beyond doubt.

2. Charlou is behaving very differently from the last two games, she got lynched both times for looking scummy but was found innocent.

I noticed that about higgs as well. I thought that she wanted to hold off & absorb everything before making a vote, so I ignored it. But it could very well have been because she wanted to wait and see if others were going to go with col before she hesitantly put her vote in for col.

Why did MagicZiggy think col was a good choice for mayor, and would be protected? And then it looked like the two of them tried to start a little bandwagon, voting for Ghat ...

I have to admit the position of mayor is not attractive without some protection.

MagicZiggy being inconsistent ...

Mantis always seems to make herself look guilty, even when she isn't. The one time I recall that she didn't look guilty, she turned out to be Basement Cat (i.e. godmother). So if she's dropping tells, like higgs2 pointed out, chances are she's innocent.

And Mantis is aware of this is she? And have you come to her rescue before?

Morning everyone, I see the scum team hasn't confessed yet. I'm liking the longer days, gives plenty of time for rereading and thinking.

I'm just going to come right out with a FOS on magicziggy. He votes for vir for defending mantis and then turns right around and defends DP.

Oh ffs. What is all this dithering about a FOS. Vote man. My logic is a flawed as anybody else's. At least I have some conviction. You are waiting for someone else to pick up the lead and vote first.

Then in his next post being inconsistent again :

Charlou, in defence of yesterday my object was to draw players out since there was a low particpation rate.
I asked that we lay off col in order to draw out other scum.

Who shot DP?

DP is an experienced player with good insight into most players here. He would be a threat to the scum team. Most likely he was removed for being too strong for the remaining 2(?).

However, what can we glean from yesterday's exchanges. Removing DP was fraught with danger if he had had some insight.

FYI: here are DP related items from yesterday (chronological)

DP: States will vote later
Feck: quips about DP
Twinkie: changes vote to DP because he is quiet.
DP: asks for town unity
DP: outs col for scum tells
DP: votes Useless for mayor
DP: explains scum tell rationale to Charlou

These don't give any clear signs. As stated before, it is likely that the scum just wanted rid of him.
This implicates: Virphen, they seem to know each others game well. Some might say that implicating Virphen is the desired outcome. Open mind.
Possibles: Useless, an ideal cover as he had a stamp of approval from the man
Twinkie: using double bluff of actually voting for a murdered town."Who me? why would I vote to lynch and then have him killed?"
