I've collated some interesting observations:

I'm suspicious both Animavore and DP. They are famous for whacking each other. So it makes sense that a criminal team without them would whack one or the other, in order to get the mob to go after the survivor. It's highly likely one of Animavore or DP is scum.

Mantis day three (when Twinkie was whacked)

Guys, if you look at page 9 on the last thread, you'll notice BAA, Ghat & DP going at Animavore. Being that BAA had it in for him - and he turned out to be scum, I'm thinking it was probably the scum plan to try and get the suspicion going on him.

Also, Virphen mentioned this: I'm suspicious both Animavore and DP. They are famous for whacking each other. This is a good point.

I think DP & Ghat have a good chance of being scum.

Others who have only voted one out of three times: DP, sif (where is she?),and witt. Witt has the flail thing going on. Have either of the other two even posted today? Also, I don't think Animavore is cleared by any means. Other thoughts?

I will say however, that I am suspicious of Oblivion a little just because I know she is good at these games.
And DP - well, I'm still going after the fact that he was backing up BAA's lead in going against Animavore... but, maybe that is just his nature. Also, Virphen did bring up a good point in that - you'd think if neither Ani or DP were on scum - the scum would whack one of them during the night, so that during the day we'd think it was one or the other responsible. don't know if that makes sense, am in a rush.

The only thing about that interpretation is that Mantis was spared on day three, despite having raised the issue about both of you, after she plumped for DP as being the likely mafioso.

And yesterday, I was spared despite having posted this:

That was Tuesday and both are still in the game. I cannot be sure, but I do know that Ani always plays this way.'

I do note that born-again-atheist put a vote on you on day two and didn't withdraw it. But that could have been a ruse. You see my dilemma here, don't you?

They all voted for witti in unison. Oblivion didn't justify this vote to my knowledge.
Two of these votes, I believe, were coordinated to get me as an inexperienced player to follow.
Paranoia sets in.

Please may I ask you to look carefully at the posts I've made on this thread, innocent team.

I'm going to vote Animavore for the reasons I've set out there. If it should turn out that Ani is innocent, and in case some unfortunate accident should befall me during the forthcoming night round, then DP is the one to go for next.

We have been hammered by lack of participation as much as we have by scum. At least the last couple of lynches removed some of biggest question marks.

I need to do some review before I put down a vote today. Back in a few minutes.

I missed Sifaka's post earlier (too caught up with going backwards and forwards on the threads) but I've seen it now. Another dilemma: earlier in the game, I was suspicious of her because she posted that she wasn't going to join a vote but then changed her mind and joined in one minute later (time enough to receive and act on a PM, as someone pointed out at the time). Could she be guilty and in league with a guilty Animavore (she did come forward after I had speculated on the possible absence of special role players in this game)? Or is she really a special role player?

I'm going to leave my (mayoral) vote for Animavore for the moment (for the reasons I gave) and as I have to go out at 3pm, I won't be able to change after that. I will keep checking the thread until I have to leave. If a vote for DP carries and he's guilty, Sifaka is obviously special role. If DP should turn out to be innocent, then Sifaka and Animavore are the next ones to go for, I'd say.

If a vote for Ani carries and he turns out to be innocent, DP is the next one to go for.

Yeah, I'm convinced now that there are none of the usual specials. Another Bomb or two would have been nice, though!

I'm not sure what would balance the game, given that town's strength is only numbers and wits. When we started, I figured that there would be at most 5 scum. Now, a start with 3 or 4 sounds more reasonable. With 9 players left and only 1 scum dead so far, that means town has 6 or 7 still. This isn't over.

Having an unknown player join at the very end is difficult, though. I was suspicious of Redial most of the game. Since JA went to the effort of recruiting a new player, I have a feeling it's because of game balance and d0t may be scum.

Sifaka and DP haven't been participating in the lynch votes, which means they have less track record than the rest of us. Sifaka's post today implies she's a special on day 6 ffs.

Timinane drops in first thing and then is gone the rest of the game day. His votes have had zero impact on the lynch decisions, and that also looks a little suspicious.

Sifaka if you are a special say so. And tell us what your night actions have been. This is info that could help town.
