This looks scummy to me. Holding a vote on one whlle fos'ing another, plus the vote is a revenge vote.Animavore wrote:The lizard doth protest too much.virphen wrote:You should take into account that as the time-zones are reversed from the games you are used to playing, that will affect the number of posts people make. Why do you think meph and animavore are innocent?Uselesstwit wrote:Now that I'm caught up I'm thinking meph and animavore are probably innocent.

Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Mostly because they seem to be actively trying to figure out who's guilty. Magicziggy and Blip might also qualify for this thought but I'm more sure about meph and anim.higgs2 wrote:Why do you think meph and animavore are innocent?Uselesstwit wrote:Now that I'm caught up I'm thinking meph and animavore are probably innocent.

Keep in mind this is my first Mafia game ever, so I'm not familiar with people's existing behavior.ghatanothoa wrote:I just read the thread. This is how a guilty monkey behaves. I have seen him do it before

Making wild accusations about everyone seems to be an odd way to play if you are town,Animavore wrote:You've seen me do this before? every time you accuse someone innocent it'll just make it look like you are scum, or crazy, or both.
Of course you live in Dublin so sanity wouldn't be a major feature of your personality.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Accusing everyone flushes people out in the early stage. You can get better information from people when they are pressed. Also people tend to accuse me. I don't think my original accuser is guilty but I think the ones who hopped on the band wagon need the FOS pointed at them.DP wrote:Making wild accusations about everyone seems to be an odd way to play if you are town,Animavore wrote:You've seen me do this before? Hmmm, Meph voted for you, then he unvoted you, then BAA voted, and after that Ghat and MacZiggy voted for you.Animavore wrote:Accusing everyone flushes people out in the early stage. Looks a bit odd, unless they are just getting sick of reading your posts.

Just read through the thread, and this is tough.Blip wrote:One of the things that puzzles me most about yesterday was Witticism's vote for Skinny Puppy. And he has been uncharacteristically quiet (although I know he does live in Tasmania). But no-one else has commented on that and as I'm also wondering about Charlou who followed him...
Vote Charlou
But, the person I am most suspicious of is Charlou.

I think you & Charlou are tied at 3.Animavore wrote:What's the vote count?
But, I don't know who was voted for first... that's generally the person that get's the lynching, right?
Re: Spooks, Day 2
We need more Ghat votes.
Charlou will do though.

Just to deflect potential suspicions because I'm not posting much in this game.
Being in the southern hemisphere, I'm asleep for most of the day round.
After reading the thread I'm not at all clear. So I will not cast a vote today.
