Computer slot ID help please

Hey
I am looking at getting a new video card for my pc.
I took computer networking at school, yet the waste of money it was proves it self when I am unable to identify what my video slot is called.

The brown slot, I am holding my current card in the picture.
I am looking at a "Slot Type PCI-E " on the card I have my eye on.
Any techies here who paid attention in school?

Is there a block where the glare is at? If not, I'm thinking it would be an AGP 3.3 (4x) slot. An AGP Pro Universal slot is a little longer than a PCI slot IIRC.
