It's not evidence for any higher power, whether Allah, Yahweh, Jehovah, Odin, Allfather, Vishnu, or whatever. And, it's most certainly not evidence for one higher power over another. You already believe in Allah and therefore attribute all existence to Allah.

By definition, beauty is a value judgment. It's an assessment of a thing. One person thinks Scarlett Johannsen is beautiful, another thinks she is not so much. Scarlett exists. Whether she is beautiful is purely a matter of opinion.

The explanation to a three year old is quite simple -"something bad happened to her face and it got a big boo boo. When we see people who have big boo boos we are nice to them."

First of all, as usual, you are using a logical fallacy, poisoning the well.

By asking "who made it", you are making an assumption about the answer and you are eliminating all possible answers that are not "who".

Secondly, "beauty" does not exist. It is a personal judgment based on aesthetics. It is a property that things may have. It is not something that needed to be created. It is not even something that could be created.

So, this is not a piece of evidence.
