Actually, there's a possibility that Ashton and Ghat (other dead Ghat, not current live Ghat) also joined you outside. We didn't find bodies.

So, the end-of-day time is really not working well for people whose time zones are near GMT. It's been suggested that I turn the days around a little.

How would it work if the game day started at 6 AM GMT and ended at 10 PM GMT, with the deadline for Night actions set at 5:30 AM GMT?

It would be a permanent change. This day would be extended to end at the new time, then I'd get back to 16 hour days/8 hour nights.
