As for me rather than investigate all the Atheist Fora out there I am a Ratskep and Rationalia type of Gal.
Ratskep for RDF Mark II and Rationalia for Off Topic Heaven including the rightful place for heavy discussions about sex and relationships to actual innuendo and right on flirting in the dirtiest sense of the word.

You make a good point, one of the resons I stopped going to RDF was because there were so many people who felt they had to try and sound more intelligent than they were and quite often became pompous for it and looked like idiots because their posts were unnatural and read like a bad script. I guess there was intimidation at play since there were some genuinely daunting intellectuals there but I frequently got annoyed by people using arrogance as a substitute for knowledge.

I just deregistered my account. Darat was busy insisting that there were consistent standards being applied to all posters, when there clearly weren't. He asked me to prove it, and I linked to posts. I then got post deleted and told that if I believe that there was an issue, I should use the report feature. I reported the posts, and provided documentation that they were materially similar to other posts that were sanctioned.

I got suspended for abusing the report system. It was at that point I gave him the middle finger and told him to deregister my account, as I had no desire to put up with his and Lisa's lies and mismanagement. I stand by that. But I really don't want to start drama, I'd just like to warn people to stay the hell away. :p
