She's a Jock. I'm sure at one point during this episode she tries a Bristolian accent.
If there's one accent the jocks can't do it's the Brizzol accent.
On the whole, I didn't like this new Dr.

There was a new doctor ... must have missed that bit ...

It's funny you say that 'cause my dad's Glaswegian and currently lives in Bristol, he cannot do the accent.

David Tennent was always a hard act to follow, I already prefer him to Eccleston though.

David Tennent really was good. Tom Baker takes some beating, but Tennent was really good.

Just watched it in iplayer.
A bit meh to be honest. Not sure the Doctor has the charisma the character needs,. Willing to be patient though. Production is good!

Is it really good?
I'm skeptic as fuck. If I go watch this next week and it's poo I won't be happy. I only saw one episode of it ever and impressed I was not (Titanic episode).

Titanic wasn't a high point for me, but many episodes have been excellent.
