This whacking was brought to you by Free Enterprise. Badda bing badda BOOM
Feck's quarters also lie in a pile of rubble. Hand marks can be seen in the concrete of the supporting pillars. Burnt into the top of the pile with an industrial laser is the word MOOTANT. You hear coughing from under the pile and manage to pull out Citizen Feck dazed but unhurt.
Oblivion was a Computer Phreak hacker. He had the ability to glean information about other citizens from the computer's files
