I think that language has a lot to do with interfering in our relationship to direct experience. A simple thing like metaphor will allows you to go to a place and say 'this is like that'. Well, this isn't like that. This is like this.

I would like to my word of thanks to those who created this forum. I see that some of my old friends are here, and it really does seem as if the ambiance here is much friendlier and less uptight than RS. Hopefully, people with divergent viewpoints, opinions and beliefs can find ways to engage in stimulating discussions and have fun while they are doing it. The Shadow knows...
