I did it once and I felt horrible about it. Even if it made the game 100 times easier and better, I don't think I could do it. I know they're just generated images but still, it makes me feel so awful.

When I played Bioshock 1 I tended to kill the little sisters (although I never completed the game) however on bioshock 2 I have made the decision not to harvest them so far and I expect that I will stick with that choice.

I chose to disarm the nuke in Megaton (in Fallout 3), but that didn't stop me from slaying everyone in town, lol.
