I've been too busy lately, but Mass Effect 2 is waiting for me to play through it a second time. I played a default game universe without importing a save from the original, and it made me feel dirty. Damn human-controlled Counsel.

The reviews are only average. Is it worth playing?
depends on how much you like the F.E.A.R. franchise, storyline and atmosphere. it's pretty much like the first game with a different story and a different slant, but it's still s**t scary

Never played the first one.
The main criticism on F.E.A.R 2 when I actually bothered to read the reviews this morning instead of just glancing at the scores is that it isn't changed much from the first one. If that's the case then it shouldn't bother me at all. Gonna play after I get brekkie and some things done.

hmm...you should definitely play the first one first if you can before the second one, coz it helps to understand who Alma is and what's actually going on in no. 2 otherwise it might lose some of it's impact, but i'll leave that up to yerself ;)

Listen... I just want to shoot people. I don't give a shit who Alma is as long as I can blow her head off.

I'm mainly playing the freeware game Oolite right now on my Linux lappy, along with a healthy mix of indie games. The number of expansion packs freely available for Oolite keeps adding fresh content :D

Sniper Elite, - an old one with slightly crappy graphics, but so much fun killing those poor Russians. ;)

Napoleon Total War, difficult to micro manage, but some of the best graphics and effects. Greedy on resources, so you need a decent PC.

Also been very busy but when the time was found I've been playing Mass Effect 2 and just recently started Heavy Rain.

I'm surprised some of you (a surprising number) are only playing Oblivion now since it's been out awhile. Or are you replaying it?

At present I have mostly been playing COD:MW2 Mass Effect 2 & Forza 3. I bought Bioshock 2 yesterday so give that a quick go last night and thus far it looks an improvement over the first one.
