Lucy, the OP was interesting and valuable. There is a world of hurt in anti-semitism of any kind, which needs to be vigorously opposed. But sometimes, opposing anti-semitism can slide into locking yourself into choosing sides in a tragic politico-relgious conflict which has troubled the world for decades...
