It's also going to be a super pain in the arse when archiving anything with calculations and formulae in, because we can't access the scripting functions, only the text. :pissed:

It was probably the only way they could stop him posting front page comments. The front page doesn't care if you are merely banned from the forum IIRC.

I have an old PM from CJ in my inbox, and it now claims to be from "anonymous".

Re: Announcement about RDF
I can get in again but I can't start a thread, can't search - no egosearch, new posts, active posts, nothing - and there appears to have been a mass post-culling. Good job we can say CUNTS here, innit?

Re: Announcement about RDF
I've been posting on the front page. My comments just keep getting deleted. I even asked them to unregister me, as I no longer want anything to do with that forum.
But I will continue to post there. More work for them.

Re: Announcement about RDF
For anyone interested, I know the postal (and email) address of Desmond Morris, who is a friend of Richard Dawkins and lives near him in Oxford. I have also met Desmond in person once and sensed him to be a jovial and good-spirited character. (He gave me a hug, when I apologised there in person for some testy emails I'd sent way back when.
)
If anyone would be willing to entertain this, I could enquire via email whether Desmond might oblige in forwarding a small package of snail-mail brought together by myself, from members here, to Richard Dawkins. It certainly wouldn't be difficult for him at all. His nearest postbox is literally outside his front door, if he can't get Richard to cycle round for tea.
It's just a question of whether he would be so kind...
If he would, then I will gladly print off and mail messages that folk here would like to say to Richard - articulately and preferably without outright abuse directed towards any parties.
I'd be particularly interested in having the RD.net staff throw their tuppence in.
If this seems a bit convoluted, and/or people would much rather contact Richard in private and direct, then I could always get in touch with some other people and see what I can wangle - and perhaps PM details to interested parties.
I think the way Josh has behaved, with the staff and the general membership, is disgraceful and ought at least not to remain cleverly concealed from RD's attention.
What the big man then chooses to do is up to him, but I'd like him to be well informed of various shenanigans his protege has pulled.
Even if you have had run-ins with myself in the past - besides the fact that I've matured and mellowed somewhat over the months - I hope that yot may appreciate this sentiment and perhaps also trust that I'm a woman of my word.
That's all...

Then they for sudden joy did weep,
And I for sorrow sung,
That such a king should play bo-peep,
And go the fools among.

thy fool to lie: I would fain learn to lie.

A few of my posts on the main page have been deleted, although bizarrely not all of them.

Now it sounds like I've missed something proper. Well, you still suck cocks, it seems, so it can't be that bad. How are you?Even if you have had run-ins with myself in the past - besides the fact that I've matured and mellowed somewhat over the months - I hope that yot may appreciate this sentiment and perhaps also trust that I'm a woman of my word.
