What concerns me most about this appalling story is that they clearly have a target demographic in mind, i.e. little girls, who are already being sexualized much too young in today's world. It would be easy if simple cynicism were the answer, but it's more than that. Parents and feminists and consumers encourage it, they embrace it, the 'sexual liberty' of the west came with the pill and with condoms. Every step after that was just moving closer to the edge until we tumbled off it.
