I agree with you Rum, Mario 64 was the first game I owned for the N64 and despite loving loads of other games I always found myself being drawn back to it for years after I'd finished the story.

Peter, I'm surprised that you didn't mention Team ICO's next game The Last Guardian it's out in March and I'm looking forward to it more than anything else just now including Heavy Rain (Which looks excellent!)

If you both have PS3s you should stick your gamertags down, so far there's only a few of us playing games online but it'd be good to get a few games with other people from Rationalia.

I "play" some EVE. Mostly I just log in, chat a bit, put on new skill training when they run out. Just tried some ratting with a friend in 0-sec

Just looking at the voice talent in Mass Effect 2. Martin Sheen, Michael Dorn (Worf from Star Trek), Carrie-Anne Moss (Trinity from the Matrix), Yvonne Strahovski (chick from Chuck), Tricia Helfer (actress/model, was Number 6 in Battlestar Galactica), Shohreh Aghdashloo (Emmy-winning and Oscar-nominated actress), Adam Baldwin (the dude from the X-Files and Stargate etc), Michael Hogan (in loads of stuff, from Something About Mary to Requiem For A Dream) and Seth Green, who is just cool.

I'm baffled. How come they can get all these great voices, yet completely fail when casting for the male Shepard?

I've payed Eve on and off since it went gold. Look up Ashton Black next time you log in. I sold that character for £600 a few years ago. At the time he was 35mil skillies. Now who knows. I have a couple of deactivated accounts to fire up once they get planets/station going in the game. For now I've got other things to play!

Mine was only worth £100. Was a good character but nowhere near as experienced as yours obviously.

I didn't know The Last Guardian had a release date. Cool! I'll be picking up a PS3 next week, since I'll have a week without bills to pay and will have a bit of spending money. Also, since I finally finished that story I was working on (which you'll be seeing in the mail soon), I need something to do! I have Bioshock (which I'd only just started) to finish up, so that'll take me a while. Bioshock 2 comes out in a few weeks. Maybe 'll play Dead Spce or something after that. And that'll bring me right up to Last Guardian's release date :shiver:
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

I definitely recommend Dead Space, was easily one of the best games I played last year.

Agreed, even just through the speakers on the TV the atmosphere was amazing.

Dead Space was ok, but it wasn't frightening at all, just frustrating figuring out what you had to do.
The only bit that stumped me was the asteroid, didn't realise you could just walk out in to space.

I don't agree it was the best title of 2009, because I had issues with the gameplay. But the atmosphere was excellent. The audio was the best thing about the game, easily.

Does anyone go by the name Vicarious Pedro on PSN? I was sent a friend request and I'd like to make sure I know who it is first.

I've been playing Demon's Souls (Awesome and challenging game!) and just started Mass Effect 2.

If I recall correctly, that's actually Peter Harrison
