I absolutely don't wish death or murder on anyone including him. But that doesn't mean he doesn't make me want to throw up.Red Katie wrote:I suppose it doesn't matter that you're talking about a fellow human being, here. Wishing death on him and fantasizing murder is a little much, don't you think?
Excuse me, I have to go throw up, now.

Seriously, I will poor myself a nice single malt and watch Fox News the whole day and point and laugh every time when his eulogy comes along. Yes he is a fellow human being, but there is no law stating that I have to like it that he is still breathing.

What judgment? You've confessed a willingness to murder. We don't need a judge. We need a constable to pick you up and a jailer to lock you away from civilized society.

Yeah, but you're deciding it's wrong. That's judgmental.Red Katie wrote:What judgment? You've confessed a willingness to murder. We don't need a judge. We need a constable to pick you up and a jailer to lock you away from civilized society.
In context: I've killed people before, into triple figures. Sometimes it bothered me, sometimes it didn't, sometimes it made me very pleased, and once or twice it was the happiest fucking moment of my life at the time. I would have no problem with doing an icepick lobotomy with extra "oops" on Rush. Would you have a problem killing Ted Bundy? (PC answers are fine, I don't expect anything else.)

You know as well as I do there are contexts where we are expected to kill and contexts where it isn't permitted. Killing someone because he exercises his right to free speech isn't permitted. This is how we keep a civilized society. If all he's doing is talking, all you can do is talk.Gawdzilla wrote:In context: I've killed people before, into triple figures.
Of course. We're born to kill. We learn to constrain ourselves so we can live better than that.Sometimes it bothered me, sometimes it didn't, sometimes it made me very pleased, and once or twice it was the happiest fucking moment of my life at the time.
It doesn't matter how evil the man was. We have courts to make those decisions so that everyone isn't running around willy-nilly killing everyone he doesn't like. If Bundy were duly tried and sentenced, and I was hired to pull the lever, would I do it? I don't know. I'm soft-hearted. I remember when the execution of Timothy McVeigh was broadcast on radio. The people I worked with were using my radio to get their jollies over it, and when the announcer described in loving detail exactly what was going to happen to McVeigh and how it was going to affect him, I had to get up and walk away. Did he need to be killed? Sure. Did we need to revel in it? Hell no.Would you have a problem killing Ted Bundy?
Kiss my ass, you arrogant fuck.(PC answers are fine, I don't expect anything else.)

Sure. You can make personal remarks and it's fine. And that was an arrogant, offensive remark, meant to belittle.

Actually, it was just pointing out that you are holding the Politically Correct position, and I didn't expect you to change that.Red Katie wrote:Sure. You can make personal remarks and it's fine. And that was an arrogant, offensive remark, meant to belittle.

Re: Die ugly, you prick.
That makes me the person who can read plain English. "Politically correct" is always an insult. It accuse me of not thinking for myself. "I don't expect anything else" is self-superior and arrogant, as a teacher speaking to a child he doesn't like.
I reiterate: Kiss my ass.

It's not my fault if you're politically correct. Bad habits can be corrected with self-discipline.Red Katie wrote:That makes me the person who can read plain English.
