Floods - now its personal!

Post by Rum » Sat Nov 21, 2009 8:15 am

:nono:

The floods have affected my internetz and the web server for my ISP is out - or summat. This is truly outrageous! Never mind the fact that hundreds of people are in shelters and village halls a few miles away and have lost all their belongings - no net!... this is simply a step too far!

See you when I see you.

Accessing the netz with a little netbook but...batteries....running...*cough*....low and c..abl..e is at wor...

No - we live 15 miles from the worst bits. Plus we bought this place a year after major floods here in Carlisle three years ago. One of the factors we considered given that there is increased flooding these days was making sure we were up a hill..Which we are.

Thanks for asking.
