JJust heard from my friend in Cockermouth- she lives 150 yds from the river and they've been evacuated! Just talked to her and "it's armageddon!" but she's a born-again xian! :levi:

I live in Cumbria and the river here is very high! Cockermouth is, thank fuck, 25 miles from here. :hehe:
