Poll: What is the 'proper' age of consent?

Is there a single, universally-applicable, scientifically-justifiable age at which a person should be considered capable of consenting to a sexual act? If you think there is, please vote for that age. If the age you prefer isn't on the list, just say so and I'll expand the list.

I Holland its 12 yet yours only goes to 13.

I think it depends largely on the person, but I think 16 is 'proper'.

I think the age limit is fine as it is. Although I don't think it should be illegal for 2 'under-age' teenagers to have sex.

No, I don't think so. It's different for every person. Depends upon the emotional and physical maturity of the individual, and it also depends upon the specific sex act in question.
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.
