I had one lady in tears on a plane once. She just couldn't seem to make me understand that her god was the one true god and all the others were false. One of the cabin attendants stopped me after the flight and said I was the first one to totally baffle her. Evidently she made that flight about once a month and was always preaching at the poor sod in the next seat.

Everyone seems to have these picaresque tales of sitting next to a fundie on some jaunt and having an argument with them......except me. Why do I never get a fundie sat next to me?

You should fly more often. People on planes seem to think that you are obliged to listen to their shit.

This has my juices flowing- an interesting thought!
"Imagine if I was an Alien and you wanted to tell me about your god- oh,no- err... wait- if I was an Alien then your god that you say created the universe just for mankind- well, me being an Alien means that your god doesn't exist or lied to you..."

"Get high."
I took that as read.....

Neither of the fruit of the boar nor of the soil shalt thou partake, cleaving to the juice of the cow only.
Uh-huh. Fruit of the boar...

I had a great time when approached on the streets of San Fran by 2 fully suited teenage Mormons trying to peddle their wares. I said I would be happy to discuss religion with them, and for the next half hour they followed me around while i sightsaw and debated with them. I had a grand old time, thought I think they were thoroughly frustrated. Mormonism is one of the more ridicule-worthy religions around.

"Wait, you're telling me that 'God' put dinosaur fossils here just to test my faith?"

......"Yes"
