... has anyone else here every watched him on the BBC at any time? He's just finished a series on Scotland on BBC4, presented in his own inimitable style. Youtube him if you want to see what he's like.

I suspect most people would either love him or hate him, or maybe just be plain baffled by him. :what:

Me? IMHO, if you're looking for an opinionated, quirky, but very entertaining documentary presenter, then Meades make Jeremy Clarkson look like an amateur at times. :coffee:

I missed that one. In fact, I only caught the last episode of this series, the one on "football pool towns". I'll try and catch the earlier episodes on YouTube.

He's always strange, but I like his style of quirkiness. :P
