Mrs. Lak is, in truth, far more attractive than I, though that's a pretty low bar. I think it's the big tits. Health is hanging in there. The diabetes (fuck that shit, man) has been giving me grief. Had to have my left little toe amputated, it got an infected scrape that just wouldn't heal. Still on crutches, bur it's getting better. Nowt to be done about it. once you hit your 70s it's all downhill, actually more like the ramp on a ski jump than a gentle slope. I really don't have time for that shit, man, life goes on.

Otherwise I'm just abiding. My monkey-proof garden is doing well, I just set out my tomatillo and pepper plants for spring. The dog is turning into a Very Good Boy, he was supposed to be a Jack Russel, but he ended up at 75 pounds. Mrs. Lak is good, keeping busy with all of her volunteer stuff. The condo in Cedar Key, which was eaten by the last hurricane, is finally fixed and back n the rental market, we might actually have a, what's that thing called? Where money goes INTO you bank account? Oh yeah, an "income".

We love our King. He's still buying private jets and looting the public treasury, so no change there. I think he's got 16 wives and 20-something kids. Fucker owes us 6 Million Rand for the air conditioning work we did on one of his palaces, if he'd fucking pay us we'd be able to fly Business class. We have pictures of him, his mum (The Great Elephant), and the Prime Minister on the wall at the office, it's a law here.
