The U.S. Navy has two hospital ships, the USNS Mercy and the USNS Comfort, that support troops during deployments and provide services for U.S. disaster relief and humanitarian operations.

According to media reports, Trump’s post came hours after Denmark’s Joint Arctic Command said it had evacuated a American crew member who required urgent medical treatment from a U.S. submarine in Greenland’s waters. It was unclear if Trump’s post had any connection to the evacuation.
U.S. President Donald Trump on Saturday said he is going to dispatch a hospital ship to Greenland, the Arctic island Trump has said he wants to acquire.

“Working with the fantastic Governor of Louisiana, Jeff Landry, we are going to send a great hospital boat to Greenland to take care of the many people who are sick, and not being taken care of there. It’s on the way!!!” Trump said in a post on social media alongside an illustration of the U.S. hospital ship the Mercy.

Trump appointed Landry as his special envoy to Greenland just before Christmas, as the U.S. president continued his push for control of the self-ruling Danish territory, which he has said is vital for American national security.

Delusional blithering from the president.
Maritime tracking data ... suggests there are no U.S. hospital ships currently positioned to sail to Greenland.

...

The U.S. Navy operates two hospital ships, the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy. Neither appears ready to deploy any time soon, and both were at a maintenance facility, Alabama Shipyard in Mobile, on Sunday, according to ship-tracking data.

...

In December, the Pentagon said it had signed a $16.7 million contract with the shipyard to place the Comfort in an extended period of maintenance beginning Jan. 15 with expected completion by April 26.

In June, the Pentagon signed a $18.7 million deal with the same shipyard to place the Mercy in extended maintenance. Navy officials later said the work would take about a year.

According to gCaptain, a website that monitors ship movements, the Mercy “was firmly in dry dock” as of late January.

It's laughable to think of American healthcare being used as a tool of soft or hard power from this administration. Travelling the world handing out horse wormers while blowing bleach up up the bums of the oppressed.

I am not sure what Trump expects with his stunts. There are no rallies for a presidential elections, where he still had big crowds. The speech this week will be ridiculed. All his 2026 events, including the 4th of July party, will be ridiculed. he fails to see he is seen as a joke.

It was all very close to collapsing in 2020. trump managed to appoint Cannon to save his ass about Mar a Lago.
On May 21, 2020, at age 39, Cannon was nominated by President Donald Trump to serve as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.[16][6][7][17] She was nominated to the seat left vacant by Judge Kenneth Marra, who assumed senior status on August 1, 2017.[18][19] The American Bar Association rated Cannon as "Qualified" for the position.[20] The American Bar Association required at least 12 years of law practice as one of their approval criteria, and Cannon met that standard. While being vetted by the Senate Judiciary Committee, Cannon described her judicial philosophy as originalist and textualist.

Aircraft carrier toilets.

Reported clogged toilets may hinder US war plans against Iran. Who would've thought, bad sewage design may bring about world peace.

We have a summary
stonekettle
19m
Greetings, America, it is I, Donald Trump. Everything is great. It's fine. Big men come up to me with tears in their eyes, and say Sir! Sir! Thank you for saving America you are so awesome and have a great head of thick wavy golden hair and you have ended many wars. We love tariffs. Also, everything that's bad is Joe Biden's fault. Thank you for your attention to this matter. God Bless Me.
This, but for 90 minutes.
