Is it a conspiracy theory to think the C_A does media stuff to make people do things?
Now that Trump has the C_A, does that mean he can make people do things to damage their reputations?

Or is that too 'conspiracy theory' for this thread...

Asked for a more interesting conspiracy theory, and got this from Grok3
The Conspiracy: Big Fitness is Pushing Cardio to Keep You Weak
What It Is: This theory claims the fitness industry—gyms, trainers, and even health guidelines—overhypes cardio (like running or treadmill sessions) to keep people focused on burning calories rather than building muscle through strength training. The idea? Cardio keeps you lean but “skinny-fat,” preventing you from getting strong enough to challenge the system (or just look jacked). Meanwhile, resistance training is downplayed because it’s harder to monetize and empowers you physically and mentally.

“Cardio’s a scam, squat for freedom!”

There’s a kernel of truth here. Cardio-heavy programs (e.g., 1980s aerobics, modern spin classes) often dominate gym culture because they’re accessible, burn visible calories, and fill classes—great for profits. Strength training, like barbell rows, takes more skill, space, and coaching, so it’s less pushed by big-box gyms. Studies show resistance training builds muscle and boosts metabolism better than cardio alone for long-term health, yet public guidelines (like 150 min/week cardio) often emphasize running or cycling over lifting. The theory exaggerates intent, but the industry’s cardio bias isn’t imaginary.
As a cardio-heavy lifter, I do hear a fair bit of that. People who think they sacrifice strength or that 'cardio kills gains'. I might agree, but my focus started with my heart, so it is unlikely I'll stop even if the conspiracy theory plays out as true.

The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2024 Election
February 4, 2025
By Jed Folly
A secret cabal of powerful Republicans, backed by an unlikely coalition of conservative activists, business titans, and grassroots patriots, waged a clandestine war to protect the 2024 presidential election. Their mission: to ensure the integrity of the vote, fend off chaos, and secure a result they could stand behind—no matter who won. This is the untold story of the shadow campaign that shaped November’s outcome, a tale of backroom deals, legal maneuvers, and a radical reimagining of how to safeguard democracy.
It wasn’t a conspiracy to rig the election, they insist, but a desperate defense against what they saw as a looming threat: rampant fraud, foreign interference, and a progressive machine hell-bent on undermining the will of the American people. For years, conservatives had warned of vulnerabilities in the voting system—mail-in ballots, unsecured drop boxes, and Big Tech’s meddling. By 2024, with Donald Trump back in the race and tensions at a fever pitch, a group of GOP insiders decided to take matters into their own hands.
Their work touched every corner of the election. They funneled millions into voter turnout drives in red states, rewrote election laws in key battlegrounds, and mounted a sophisticated information campaign to counter what they called “left-wing disinformation.” They recruited an army of poll watchers—tens of thousands of volunteers—to monitor precincts, while pressuring social media giants like X and Meta to crack down on progressive activists they accused of sowing doubt about the process. And when the dust settled on November 5, 2024, they claimed victory—not just for their candidate, but for the system itself.
This wasn’t business as usual. It was an extraordinary shadow effort, born of crisis and conviction, that bent the rules of politics without breaking them. To some, it was a heroic stand for democracy; to others, a chilling power grab cloaked in patriotic rhetoric. More than a dozen key players—party operatives, donors, and elected officials—agreed to speak for this story, many on condition of anonymity to avoid retribution from their own ranks or the wrath of a polarized public.
“There was a sense that if we didn’t act, the whole thing could collapse,” said one architect of the effort, a veteran GOP strategist. “We weren’t trying to steal anything. We were trying to save it.”
The Alarm
The warning signs had been flashing for years. After 2020’s chaotic election—marred by lawsuits, recounts, and Trump’s refusal to concede—Republicans grew obsessed with “election integrity.” They pointed to urban vote dumps, suspiciously high turnout, and what they called a “censorship industrial complex” run by Democrats and Silicon Valley. By 2022, statehouses across the country were passing voter ID laws and purging rolls, but the party’s base demanded more. Then came 2024: Trump’s triumphant return, a rematch with Kamala Harris, and a nation on edge.
In early 2023, a small group of GOP heavyweights began meeting in secret. Among them: a former Trump campaign adviser, a billionaire oil magnate, and a handful of state party chairs from places like Texas, Georgia, and Arizona. They called themselves the Liberty Task Force, a nod to their belief that freedom itself hung in the balance. Their goal wasn’t to guarantee a Trump win—though most supported him—but to ensure the election couldn’t be “stolen” by what they saw as a radical left.
The Plan
The Liberty Task Force built a two-pronged strategy: fortify the system and control the narrative. On the ground, they worked with groups like True the Vote to train poll watchers and deploy “election security teams” to swing-state precincts. They lobbied GOP governors to tighten voting rules—banning private funding of elections and mandating hand counts in rural counties. In Washington, they leaned on allies like Senators Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley to push a federal “Voter Confidence Act,” though it stalled in the Democrat-controlled Senate. The information war was just as fierce. Partnering with conservative media outlets like Newsmax and The Federalist, they launched a blitz of ads and viral X posts warning of “Democrat schemes” to flood the system with illegal ballots. They enlisted influencers—think Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens—to rally the base, while quietly pressuring tech CEOs to throttle progressive hashtags like #CountEveryVote. “We had to fight fire with fire,” one operative said. “They’d been playing that game for years.”
The money flowed freely. Donors like the DeVos family and Koch network heirs poured tens of millions into the effort, funding everything from legal war chests to “patriot caravans” that rolled into purple states to boost turnout. By Election Day, the Task Force claimed to have mobilized 3 million voters who might’ve stayed home.
The Reckoning
As November 5, 2024, approached, the nation braced for chaos. Protests erupted in cities like Philadelphia and Phoenix, with Antifa clashing with Proud Boys. Rumors of hacked voting machines swirled on X. But the Liberty Task Force was ready. Their poll watchers flooded precincts, smartphones in hand, livestreaming every move. When Harris’s campaign cried foul over long lines in Atlanta, GOP lawyers were already in court, arguing the delays were deliberate sabotage by liberal officials.
The vote count stretched into the night—and then days. Trump declared victory prematurely; Harris urged patience. Behind the scenes, the Task Force worked the refs: state legislators, election boards, even the Supreme Court, where their allies now held a 6-3 edge. In the end, Trump eked out a narrow win—271 electoral votes to Harris’s 267—though Democrats vowed to contest it.
Did the shadow campaign “save” the election? To the Liberty Task Force, the answer is yes: They stopped a steal, kept the peace, and proved the system could hold. To their critics, it was a masterclass in suppression, a scheme to tilt the scales under the guise of protection. “They didn’t defend democracy—they weaponized it,” fumed one Harris aide.
For now, the players are lying low, watching the fallout. Some hope their playbook becomes the new GOP standard; others fear it’s lit a fuse for 2028. One thing’s clear: In the pressure cooker of 2024, a secret coalition of Republicans didn’t just play the game—they rewrote it.
Bah - election rigging is a conspiracy theory.

Regardless of whether the “leak” was accidental or intentional (it was intentional), the MSM and our health/intelligence agencies, lied to us and weaponized the situation for their own gain, and used it as a means to overthrow Trump.

What they did after the leak was just as bad. They censored millions of Americans, intentionally covered up C19’s man-made origins, withheld viable treatments, forced medical experimentation via coercion, and used the event to sabotage Trump’s economy and drive him from office by use of propaganda.

If you read the JFK files, this will sound familiar to you, because this sounds like a textbook regime-change operation, a la Operation Mongoose, where they used man-made biological agents to economically sabotage the Castro regime in an attempt to remove him from power.

I think eventually we will get the full truth, but when it comes to administering justice, I don’t know if it matters. Even if the “leak” was accidental, what they did after the leak passes the threshold of “crimes against humanity” and all those involved must pay the ultimate price.

No exceptions. All must pay.Image

'They' (the Deep State of course) must have some sort of powerful brainwashing mechanism and they use it on anybody who gets into a powerful position. They got two of the staunchest truth-seekers, who're now spouting the official story. Scary! :teef:

The headline editor needs a spell checker--there is no such word as 'beserk.'

'MAGA Goes Beserk After Trump’s FBI Bosses Say Epstein Killed Himself'
Two of President Donald Trump‘s appointees to lead the Federal Bureau of Investigation firmly stated that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide Sunday, causing an uproar from MAGA supporters on social media.

FBI director Kash Patel and deputy director Dan Bongino said in no uncertain terms on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures that the convicted pedophile took his own life as he was awaiting trial in 2019, going against a number of popular conspiracies about his death.

When asked by host Maria Bartiromo about Epstein’s death, Patel replied that people “have a right to their opinion,” but that the evidence points towards suicide.

The flat earth society has members all around the globe!

If he is a flat earther then he's already so deep into evidence-free nonsense that he really shouldn't be in any position of significant authority.
