The Thread of Democrats
Re: The Thread of Democrats
The People in the US know full well that Trump has 34 felonies. (just google 'Trump rule 34')
They voted overwhelmingly for him knowing exactly how guilty he was.

Re: The Thread of Democrats
That would imply a massive majority, say 70 to 80 %
Not the 51% of the popular vote that was the reality...
Nurse, where the fuck's my cardigan?
And my gin!

Re: The Thread of Democrats
If the popular vote decided the presidency, your comment would be a bit more relevant.
If I try to phrase it more carefully...let me see...
They got everything that counts, how about that framing? Everything that mattered? How about everything that indicates the country wants what they have been publicly offering? How about they got all theirs, and some of the Dems, too?

Re: The Thread of Democrats
Half of those who voted, to be honest. It's dismaying but true. Millions of people who voted for Biden just didn't bother to vote at all in 2024. Trump didn't actually improve his numbers in any significant way but fewer people overall voted, and that loss was borne by Harris. To go from that to claiming the vote 'indicates the country wants' Trump and what he's selling isn't accurate. He's never got over 50 percent approval rating in his entire career. But cheerleaders gonna yell mind-numbingly banal falsehoods, that's just how it is. 'Rah, rah, Trump!'

the government made this a crime long before she was found to have committed it... it's not like she"s been indicted on trumped up charges.Cunt wrote: ↑Tue Apr 01, 2025 1:43 amOh, well, if the governments government says she did a crime, then I guess there just won't be a popular rightwing candidate. NOPE.... never google frump in combo with rule 34, the results will need an old fashioned lobotomy to undo.
and yes, the people of the US are like that, voting for liars and criminals and against their enlightened self interest... there may be reasons they are called fascists and idiots.

Re: The Thread of Democrats
C'mon Cunt, that's massively over-egging even your already incredibly well egged pudding. They haven't banned the party, just a fraud-committing politician. People can still vote for that party if they like what they stand for.Cunt wrote:Oh, well, if the governments government says she did a crime, then I guess there just won't be a popular rightwing candidate. Funny coincidence, what?
The only funny coincidence is that another far-right politician has let their voters down, their party down, but most of all let themselves down by exposing themselves as an inveterate and untrustworthy grifter gaming the system for whatever they can get.

He calls them populist challengers. But really they are authoritarian scum bags. Is it any wonder they get convicted of crimes?Svartalf wrote: ↑Tue Apr 01, 2025 6:56 amfuck that, I don't know about khan or salvini, but bolsonaro and le pen are definitely guilty of actual crimes, and were convicted as such.Cunt wrote: ↑Mon Mar 31, 2025 6:54 pmSpeaking of 'authoritarian' lol

being an authoritarian scumbag is not a crime, being a grifter that embezzles and plotting to rig the elections are.
