Boris will only return to parliament if he can return to power. Jury is out on whether he can manage a Tory schism in his favour, but I reckon probably not.
Rationalia relies on voluntary donations. There is no obligation of course, but if you value this place and want to see it continue please consider making a small donation towards the forum's running costs.

He'll do fine. If he's bored he can get back on the horse and re-join the exalted ranks of the commentariat, plagiarising as he goes. And have somebody write a scathing memoir or two under his direction, to publish under his name.
