I blame the board.

Now with Boebert almost kicked out and my state getting possibly a democrat in congress (last one was 10 years ago) but not likely (0.5% between them now) am off to bed. Senate will not be decided tonight,
Better wait for the other stilletto to drop. BoeHo is gaining ground and the outstanding counties are ones she's strong in. :nervous:

Catch of the day, on the election:Republicans are masters at starting a fire right before Democrats take control and then complaining that Democrats aren't putting out the fire they started fast enough.

It's in NYT. All the republican counties are now 95% counted.

Democrats did poorly. But, as usual in this upside down land we get to hear about how they outperformed expectations. Whose?

Embattled Attorney General Ken Paxton, who has faced securities fraud charges since 2015 and is under FBI investigation for abuse of office, has won reelection for a third term, defeating Democratic civil rights lawyer Rochelle Garza.

Boebert "topic" on twitter: from 21,797 votes remaining she needs to win 15,898 …

Mesa county she got 68,210. If 93% are in, she could get max of 5100 more there. Next biggest county she could get 1070 more.

Hmm, some math and data problems, I had numbers from two places. She is still only 2000-3000 behind.

Warnock was 17 000 votes ahead of Walker. The goofball Oliver carried 80 000 votes. Those will now be divided up. Mr Oliver is a libertarian. A good bet is that libertarians will not show to vote among the two in December, so it may again be some 10-20 000 difference.

Pollsters pretty much wiped their hands and left Colorado West undecided. No wonder:
While registered Republicans outnumbered registered Democrats in the third district, unaffiliated voters are the largest bloc. According to the recent state numbers, about 44 percent of active voters in the district were registered unaffiliated, while 23.5 percent were registered Democrats and 34.4 percent were registered Republicans.
