Is this the kind of 'white supremacist' that we keep hearing about?
WTAF are you talking about?
he seems to be hurting about something... important to him.

Nikki Fried is a top Florida Democrat. Fried boasts of being the only statewide elected Democrat since 2012. She is currently the Florida Agriculture Commissioner in the Sunshine State.
Strong support! She looks nearly as popular as Biden/Harris!

Lol. You think public popularity is important, unless there's 8 million more votes involved.

I like how Gateway Pundit claims the Agriculture Commissioner is a top Democrat, especially when she's not running against DeSantis.
It's a primary election, which has lower turnout, and she's running against 5 other Democrats, including Congressman and former Governor Charlie Crist. Now he qualifies as a top Democrat in Florida. It looks like he's getting some crowds and even a key endorsement.
Oh well, it's Gateway Pundit. What can you expect?

Governor banning math books because they have CRT.
“They haven’t shown us what’s inside the books that they claim is critical race theory indoctrination, and there’s a reason they won’t show us, because it’s not there,” Smith said in an interview. ”It’s all right-wing fantasy, and it’s the latest example of how the right-wing Moms for Liberty ideology is now in charge of setting public education policy in Florida.”
Eskamani, who said she requested the list of banned textbooks, tweeted: “I wonder if these math books highlighted statistics of racial disparities & that’s what they don’t like?
“If those statistics make you uncomfortable maybe do something about it instead of erase them?”
The FDOE told publishers in June 2021 to align textbook content with state laws by not including “culturally responsive teaching.” Publishers can appeal the rejection and also have the opportunity to revise book submissions.
In 2019, DeSantis issued an executive order in 2019 that eliminated Common Core standards as part of school curriculum requirements.
Oh wait - it's commies cramming their bs into everything...carry on.
You seem very sure of that. However...

... can you back it up? Do you know what the Common Core Standards for mathematics were that were banned in Florida? If you don't know are you interested in finding out, and then assessing if any of the material was racially or politically inappropriate for pupils? Do you know if this move to drop Common Core applies to all schools in the state or just schools in the public sector? Are you aware of any disparity in teaching standards and outcomes for mathematics between public and private sector schools in Florida? What might one glean from an executive order that could be seen as stripping public sector schools of legal obligations to meet common standards in the teaching, learning and understanding of mathematics in Florida? What educational standards have replaced the Common Core in the state, and what is the basis of those standards? Is the teaching of mathematics to a high standard communist?

The latest fad is a poverty social. Every woman must wear calico,
and every man his old clothes. In addition each is fined 25 cents if
he or she does not have a patch on his or her clothing. If these
parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?
