In comparison, my state Victoria, with a population a bit over 6.6 million, is averaging around 11,000 cases per day but only 4 or 5 deaths. Most new cases are very mild......In the past seven days, the state has added 1,505 cases and 39 deaths per day, on average...

Australia's death rate has been way below the USA's ever since the Covid pandemic started - until last week.JimC wrote: ↑Fri Apr 08, 2022 2:32 amIn comparison, my state Victoria, with a population a bit over 6.6 million, is averaging around 11,000 cases per day but only 4 or 5 deaths.
