The Estonian prime minister, Kaja Kallas, announced at a government press conference today that the government has forbidden the Estonian citizens joining the Russian invasion of Ukraine on the Russian or Belarusian side. Talk about pump shock. Saw a guy fill up at the marina the other day, 785 gallons at $4.75 a gallon. Ouch.

I found a mobile diesel truck that only charged $3.75 a gallon so I bought 300 gallons. He can only fill you when you're out of the water, though.
