I have a book on American poltics. Some academics got a chance to ask the people to explain their responses. It turned out that presidential approval or congress approval was based on about a week's worth of news. So Obama's brown suit, gas prices or Bidenfailing with voting rights would all figure in. If they happened that week. A month ago was forgotten. A year ago was a vague memory.

The Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal from House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) seeking to revive his legal challenge against the proxy voting rules that House Democrats implemented as a safety measure at the beginning of the pandemic.

The move comes after lower courts had rejected McCarthy's suit against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), which claimed that allowing members to cast floor votes without being physically present in the chambers is unconstitutional.

Who knew? there was a ready made logo or meme. I could not figure out what they had made it for. I did not find it in the official Tero order: guns babies and Jesus. There is some overlap with babies and Jesus, but Jesus includes the anti gay anti trans gender thing.
