Unless you're taking bites directly out of the backside of a cow or getting down on all fours to munch spinach straight from the plant all food is processed. Scot seems to believe that veg*ns don't know how a supermarket works, or even how to cook a spud.

Well the vegan alternative meat muck is fully processed. Tofu hamburgers or a nice tofu chop anyone.


My bio spinach is not processed except if you call cutting the stuff a process. The same goes for all bio veggies. The specially processed oven potatoes are also offered as vegan.

You really must disabuse yourself of this silly idea that veg*ns are required to replace meat in their diet with some readymade fake-meat substitute, the majority of which are actually created for and advertised to meat eaters as a healthy alternative.
