It is to cause (observe?) the virus to gain a function, such as turning a subject blue.

You simply get someone like nb enough petri dishes and such, and ask that they report when they find the function gained.

Friends of ours living on Sint Maarten have had both jabs. They are both in their early '60's but working for the Sint Maarten's government. Corruption there is absolute. They just bought it.

Our friend is working as an accountant to the local airport where the Dutch government has given subsides for. What? why would they not? Only 49% are vaccinated and there is a different protocol for under 21, and even there, 16-21 now. Not kids. herd immunity is a big percentage. Over 60.

There has been a lot of discussion as to where this number kicks in, in the early days there was a discussion about 40% being enough.
...but then there was also a belief that the under 21s couldn't transmit the virus. Now shown to be false.
