I would help, Svarty, if I could. From going for a walk to helping sort your nutrition or exercise plan. Free. And extra points if you shared it with the fellows here.

Daily fruit salads would be a good start, I think.

I'm in the Pinnacle bank arena group Mon, but the remaining small number of 70s people was done and people 75 plus are at the gym/sports complex for the second shot.

Careful though. Some yogurt is healthful rich food, others is over-sugared candy.

Too much sugar for me. But then again I'm sweet enough already.

Fruit sugar is okay if you choose the right fruits. Also, lots of fibers. And the (unsweeted) yoghurt helps to slow down the rise of blood sugar levels.Brian Peacock wrote: ↑Sun Mar 07, 2021 7:45 pmToo much sugar for me. But then again I'm sweet enough already.![]()

No problem with fibre in my diet. I eat like a king, and poo like a horse.

This is the public side of the boards Brian.

The latest fad is a poverty social. Every woman must wear calico,
and every man his old clothes. In addition each is fined 25 cents if
he or she does not have a patch on his or her clothing. If these
parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?

Because I found a better open slot, my first appointment is now next week already and I get the BioNTech vaccine which has the cooler name.

Re: Vaccine Thread (Beyond Coronavirus thread)
There needs to be a crazy experiment done, where willing volunteers (and there'd be plenty) are injected with every vaccine now in production at the same time! Take that, virus!
Nurse, where the fuck's my cardigan?

Re: Vaccine Thread (Beyond Coronavirus thread)
Do you know what 'gain of function' research is? Scary simple, JimC...maybe don't mess around with these ideas when you are near your gin, okay...
Re: Vaccine Thread (Beyond Coronavirus thread)
There were cases of people having been injected a full bottle of vaccine (6 doses) out of mistake because the doctor wasn't aware it has to be diluted and then used for multiple people. Everyone survived.

I wish you'd gain the function of posting clear, intelligible and rational statements...
