Cool theory but he gave no details on how Nancy engineered this.

Apparently Trump hasn't paid Rudy for all that fine lawyering he did over 'the steal' etc.

Heck, that's nothing. If it looks like there's even the slightest chance the Feds come after Trump for inciting a riot, Rudy's going under the bus.

I wonder if this video will be evidence in Trump's trial. The NY Times got cell phone location data from DC on 1/6 from 8 AM to 6PM and displayed it over a map in an animation.

If Giuliani charged on a No Win, No Fee basis, zero dollars would be the the exactly correct payment.

Yeah, I read a report that he asked for 20k per day, but was turned down. What was agreed on, I never heard.

on whether #House #impeachment managers should call witnesses: "Yes. That was one of the problems with the last 'trial' - they didn't actually hold a trial, didn't hear witnesses. Historically, that's not how you conduct a trial of any kind."

Proud Boy ordered released
Judge agrees to release prominent Proud Boys leader facing Capitol riot charges

There is no reason to believe that Defendant, or any of his Proud Boy associates, are any more interested in 'complacency,' or any less interested in fomenting rebellion, than they were on January 5. If nothing else, the events of January 6, 2021, have exposed the size and determination of right-wing fringe groups in the United States, and their willingness to place themselves and others in danger to further their political ideology," the prosecutors said.

"Releasing Defendant to rejoin their fold and plan their next attack poses a potentially catastrophic risk of danger to the community," the prosecutors added.

I'd like to hear Trump's WH staff testify about his behavior while the capital was being sacked. I'm not optimistic though.
