The notice basically says "people, please read the manual"
Yes. The manual last updated on 11 September 2020.

It's interesting how the message gets twisted by some right wing activist, how it spreads in right wing social media like a virus in a Petri dish, and how people with a right wing frame of mind accept it without further ado. Their gullibility is astounding. And then they have the nerve to accuse others of not reading material that goes against their grain.
Australians know it best:

Our member from Yellowknife won't read this. It's against Parler policy to read anything outside right wing echo chambers.

I also note that he has yet to comment on being shown to have posted utter rubbish again. I don't expect him to comment either. He'll ask some rhetorical questions instead, get sarcastic or personal, indulge in some tu quoque, start talking about something else or post a mix of these.
Alternatively, he'll keep ignoring the issue altogether.

Karma is a bitch:

Sri Lanka's health minister, who publicly endorsed sorcery and magic potions to stop surging coronavirus infections in the island, has tested positive to COVID-19.

She and her close contacts will self-isolate, officials said on Saturday.

Pavithra Wanniarachchi had publicly consumed and endorsed a magic potion, later revealed to contain honey and nutmeg, manufactured by a sorcerer who claimed it worked as a life-long inoculation against the virus.

She also poured a pot of "blessed" water into a river in November after a self-styled god-man told her that it would end the pandemic.

The island nation of 21 million on Friday approved the emergency use of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine only hours after Ms Wanniarachchi tested positive, officials said.

I don't know if it is common there, but here, for just a pile of fuel and some dinking around, you can 'hoar in' a work area, and heat it. Plus, you get to say 'hoared in' and 'hoaring' a lot.
Not at this yard, unfortunately. There's one down south on a river just off Lake Okeechobee that incorporates a trailer park. Boat, trailer, gators, lots of migrant workers - how much more Florida could you get?
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

The vials shipped by Pfizer have enough vaccine to make six doses if proper care is taken. However, you need a particular type of syringe to be able to extract the sixth dose. Previously Pfizer was labelling their vials as containing five doses, but they're now labelling them as containing six.

The problem is that the syringes that can extract the sixth dose are in tight supply. This will result in some vaccine providers being shorted because they'll receive a nominal number of doses, but in actuality without the proper syringes they'll be getting 1/6 fewer usable doses.

'Pfizer ships fewer Covid vaccine vials to U.S. after Trump FDA label change'
Pfizer is counting extra coronavirus vaccine it uses to top off each of its vials toward its commitment to deliver 200 million shots for the U.S. pandemic response — even though there aren't enough syringes capable of squeezing out the extra fluid.

The Trump administration Food and Drug Administration on Jan. 6 approved a Pfizer request to update its vaccine label to clarify that six doses, instead of five, can be drawn from each vial. The new label came several weeks after the agency said pharmacists could administer any surplus they could successfully extract from the vials.

That means Pfizer is delivering fewer vials of vaccine as new, more-contagious coronavirus variants have experts clamoring to increase the pace of vaccinations and some states complain they've run out of shots. The New York Times first reported the change.

...

The Centers for Disease Control alarmed some state officials Thursday when the agency indicated it would start counting Pfizer’s vaccine vials as holding six doses, according to an email from the agency obtained by POLITICO. The CDC said it would increase the number of syringes it's shipping with the vaccine, but that they may not be the "low-dead-volume" variety capable of extracting the extra doses.

Our state picked up pace. At this rate the whole state would be vaccinated in200 days. But since over 50% is Trump voters who are also antivaxxers and rurals, 100 days should do it.

Rags are being banned in France.

France bans certain homemade Covid masks for use in public
Advice also covers industrially made category 2 fabric masks with lesser filtering qualities

France has issued a decree banning certain homemade masks from being worn in public, saying they do not offer sufficient protection from the newer, more contagious Covid-19 variants.

Olivier Véran, the health minister, said a decree published on Friday came after recommendations from the country’s health experts.

“The high council for public health recommends, as do I, that the French do not masks they have made at home,” Véran said. He said the advice also covered industrially made fabric masks with lesser filtering qualities, listed as category 2.

On Monday, France’s junior minister responsible for health at work confirmed that official advice was to be changed to stop people wearing homemade masks in the workplace.

“The government is scrupulously following the recommendations of the High Council for Public Health and has done so since the beginning of this crisis,” Laurent Pietraszewski told Franceinfo radio.

He said the new health protocol in the workplace would be adapted “as usual, after discussions with the unions”.

Only three types of masks will be recommended: surgical, the FFP2 and fabric masks made to category 1 standards.
Throwaway masks are thrown away. How is it that these masks now dont work? From day one they did not work. How many people have died wearing these rags?

Sanofi will help produce vaccine vials.

The last step is freeze drying and putting into vials, freezing those.

The RNA is likely a very hygroscopic powder.
