Most of the complaints I see are about lack of transparency, and it looks sketchy as fuck.

The billionaire appointed senator currently representing Georgia can go back to her mansions. It looks likely that the other Republican senator for Georgia will have some leisure time in his immediate future as well. If so, the US Senate will be split down the middle with Harris deciding the toss, as long as the Democratic senators present a united front (which won't happen that often).
