OK, so he says: "no court has taken any testimony like this" Thanks for the link. I have provided a link showing just how wrong he is. Perhaps you could provide links to court documents showing that they have refused to look at allegations that hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots were brought in in the middle of the night, that thousands were triple and quadruple counted, and so on and so forth.

The cases he and Trump's legal team presented were dismissed because the judges in each case considered that the evidence was so scanty as to be worthless. These are many different judges, all part of a fairly conservative legal system, several of them Republican appointed. Do you seriously think that some vast conspiracy amongst a wide range of courts (including the Republican dominated Supreme court) has decided to pervert the course of justice on such a scale?
Should I believe you, or Rudy?
I know you believe you, but so far, you haven't made it very clear that you understand his side of things.
The courts have heard Rudy. He's got nothing.

Yes, we each do. Some of us just rely more on facts for forming them than others. And some of us take more care analysing those facts before arriving at conclusions. What conclusion do you come to when faced with the fact that Biden won only 477 counties while Trump won 2497, by the way? Can you show how you did that?
I think it's not like you to shield yourself from one point of view.
Of course I don't. That's why I keep asking you for your sources, for instance.

Not what I would call a conclusion. Just one more odd thing about the previous election.

Is that why you posted about it - twice? No conclusions you'd like us to draw from it? Just an oddity? Frankly, I don't believe you. Especially since you chose to sarcastically remark that there was nothing suspicious about that fact on both occasions.

Why had you not yet listened to Rudy's side then?
I know Giuliani's side. It's been reported often enough. I merely wanted a link to where he actually spouted his bullshit. Thanks again for linking to it.

I noticed you answered the counties question around that meme's mockery of the Biden support shown in his 2020 win.
Thanks for that, twice.
You're welcome.
I still don't believe that you posted "the counties question" twice just because you regarded it as just an oddity. Your sarcastic comments involving suspicion on both occasions belie it.

The right-wing news outlet Newsmax on Monday broadcast a lengthy statement to "clarify" false and baseless claims made on its platform about two vote-processing companies, Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems, and the 2020 election.
"Newsmax would like to clarify its news coverage and note that it has not reported as true certain claims made about these companies," John Tabacco said on the network.
1. Guiliani has no credible evidence to present in court. That's why he wasn't successful in any court. (Most likely explanation)
2. All the courts (even all those that have a Republican majority) are into the conspiracy to steal the election. Absurd. And if that is true. If ALL of the judges are part of the conspiracy, then who isn't part of the conspiracy except Trump, Guiliani? If Republican judges are part of that conspiracy, all the Rationalia members will certainly also be part of that conspiracy. So what would be the point of trying to convince people who are most likely already part of the conspiracy?!?
3. Guiliani has credible evidence to present in court, he and his colleagues are just too stupid to present them in a formally correct way. Possible. But this would then be Trump's fault for choosing such a stupid representative.
