The intrepid investigators at 4chan have got to the heart of the matter, and now we know who to blame for Trump's defeat:

I believe Biden is going to lose Arizona.

Georgia is very close. And in Pennsylvania there's so many provional votes, there's a risk Trump can still get the majority.

So, the election is still open

Biden has not yet declared himself the winner.

I think he has a better chance of finishing up ahead than Trump. He can afford to lose Arizona and Pennsylvania and still finish up with a majority of the Electoral College's votes. The mail-in votes tend to favour him, and in at least some, if not all the undecided states, the provisional votes have not yet been included in the official tally.

That's my fear. That the clear majority for Biden seen in mail-in votes isn't there in these provisional ballots. And that therefore counting those might benefit Trump

The provisional votes are mail-in votes, which favour Biden because Trump instructed his supporters to vote in person and Democrat voters tend to take the danger posed by the corona pandemic more seriously.

The US constitution says nothing about counting votes. As long as the electors are selected by the December date, anything goes.

the only thing the constitution touches on is numbers of voters. it deals with this using the census:

That's not my information. There's also votes by people that showed up on election Day and wanted to vote but couldn't provide id or were in the wrong part of town or had requested a mail-in ballot earlier

It's the old decades long voter ID issue. I showed my ID to register, but I, white dude, have never been asked for ID at polling place.

Which, as Tero mentioned, tends to be selectively enforced. If you look a likely Dem voter the chance of being asked for your ID increases. Maybe it works the other way round, but I doubt it would happen as often, if at all.

Line to get votes cured in Nevada. She needed two IDs and one bill to show her address.

They have already started to concede on their own way. Fox news commenter says Trump only loses because he cannot afford a good legal team now because his incompetent advisers spent all his money 🙈
