I see the BLM protests going on currently very critically. Many people are wearing masks and it happens mostly outside, but there's still a lot of people unnecessarily close to each other.

The ranting and resistance I've heard from Scot Dutchy has earned him some unfair criticism. I wonder if anyone will apologize to him for attacking his doubt of the 'official numbers', when we ALL know the officials have been wrong repeatedly over this.

Even the officials who publish the data know the figures are wrong. I have linked to one example, and I am sure there are more. The inaccuracies generally come down to two factors.
1.) The impossibility of deriving definite figures in the absence of a comprehensive set of tests.
2.) The number of unreported deaths due to the corona virus by people who have died at home or aged care facilities.

Scot Dutchy repeatedly asserted that the number of deaths caused by the virus than reports would have it without ever once backing his assertions up with data. He deserves no apology.

If protesters descend on DC, will they be seen as a viral threat on the seat of government, or will social justice be more important?

It's clear to me that the virus was not changed by the murder. The only thing that could have changed, was the media fervor around each issue.

Dutch mink farms have begun a government-ordered cull amid concern that animals infected with coronavirus could transmit the illness to humans.

Dutch mink were first infected with coronavirus by their handlers in April. In May, the government identified two cases in which humans had been infected by sick animals — the only animal-to-human transmissions known since the global outbreak began in China.

The cull involves farm workers in protective clothing using gas on mink mothers and pups. The bodies will be sent to a disposal plant and the farms will be disinfected.
