I always like The Inner Light, incidentally I just read this on wiki about the flute from that episode fetching a price of $40k plus at Christie's
The final bid for the flute at the auction was $40,000. Including the additional 20% fee Christie's collected on all items from the winning bidder, the total price for the flute was $48,000.
or the one where Picard vacations on Riesa and lets his hair down so to speak (Captain's Holiday) and there is one that I can't remember the details of but there was a female ambassador or judge come on board to mediate something or other and Picard must defend basic rights and it's awesome! (very memorable as you can tell.)

And which 1960's sci-fi was better, in terms of storyline and background then? (Dr Who, is and always was, for kids.)

Not really into sci-fi programms, although I love sci-fi novels, I've always found them tacky.

Right, so your personal opinion on the genre leads you to conclude that one particular series within said genre is shit and could you give a bit more detail on it's shitness.
(hehe, you wanted a rebuttal. Personally, I'm not THAT into ST. Just messing about.)

I have watched
Star Trek. To me its like
Home and Away only set in space. The moral dilemmas are so contrived. Also, as stated above, tacky.
